Ensured spare parts receipted complied with the technical specifications, drawing, technical datasheet, and test reports. Administered preservation and calibration of tools are done as per guidelines. Ensured up to date tools record. Inspection audits are performed and ensured approval process compliance for replacement and service of special tools.
Refuelling Operations Services
Ensured diesel refuelling operations are carried out as per agreed SLAs, SOPs, and compliance with the HSE Guidelines. Ensured fuel inventory are being monitored and timely replenished as per stock cover policy.

Improved space utilization by 15% (from utilization of 1 Cubic Meter (CBM) per location to 1.15 CBM per location) through the introduction of weekly checks on space utilization percentage of 1 CBM and below for each storage locations.

Improved inbound truck turnaround time by 50%, from 4 hours to 2 hours through slot booking system. Trucks are encouraged to book their arrival timing. This has lessened truck waiting time (for docking) at the warehouse.
Headed Nestle Logistics, Warehousing & Distribution Management of 10 warehouses (1, 000, 000 ft² / 95, 000 pallets capacity) and national and international distributions of grocery, confectionery, chilled and frozen finished goods with 8 direct reports accountable for 200 staff members.
