Ensure effective planning of Raw Materials requirement monthly target basis consulting with higher management.
 Prepare daily raw materials discharge schedule and update jetty position.
 Responsible to ascertain the quantity of raw materials by draft survey jointly with appointed surveyor to factory jetty.
 Ensure maintaining errorless raw materials loan register and prepare Materials Receiving Report.
 Establish material unload and delivery planning / procedures to ensure availability of required raw material in time.
 Support to production department as an internal Supply Chain of Raw Materials as per their requirement to continue production smoothly.
 To support WTD to prepare plan for transporting imported cargo from mother vessel at CTG consulting with COO-WTD.
 Carry out Quarterly Inventory of Raw Materials (QIRM) and submit report to management as well as to take preventive measures to reduce raw materials wastage.
 Ensuring properly sweeping of the cargo at the end of unloading of lighter at factory site before issuance of release order to the lighter vessel.
 Coordinate with concern production and security department for checking vessel after completion of unloading.
 Maintaining regular communication with nominated surveyors, shipping agents, stevedore agent, to make plane on receiving of raw materials which will be under pipeline.
