• Prepare Site daily Progress, daily notification for inspection request/trial test report according to the following schedule and daily accomplishment report.
• Charting out the project objectives and plans, setting performance requirements, and selecting project participants.
• Preparing subcontract monthly invoice, variations, bills, Raising Technical quarry, etc..
• Bringing about optimum utilization of resources- labor, materials and equipment, and ensuring their procurement at most cost-effective terms.
• Maintaining all civil structure of substation like various type of culverts, barriers & guard rail, Boundary wall etc as per drawing and as per Client requirements.
• Co-ordinate with Quality Management System, Structural Designer, Architects in order to implement quality objectives at site.
• Oversee the construction project from start to finish.
• Daily site meeting with main contractor to resolve all upcoming issues.
• Ensure that materials used are in accordance with specifications, work schedule and supplied well in time.
• Application of health and safety requirements.
• Maintain daily record of Materials, labors, Contractors and Engineers for the progress of work.
• Responsible for the checking the quality of material on site to meet standards.
• Preparing subcontractor's monthly invoice
• Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations & certify employees to use (ADCO AND GASCO) client's permit to work system.
• Achieve the progress as per required plan.
