Since August 2008 until now I have been working with the British Council in Jordan as an IT Officer. I am responsible for the following tasks:
-Performing daily IT maintenance including monitoring IT equipment and maintaining a healthy IT system
-Enterprise backup solutions with special experience in ‘VERITAS Net Backup’
-Well experience in ‘Active Directory’
-Good knowledge in Microsoft Server System (Windows Server 2003)
-During my work I developed my CCNA skills through personal research
-Delivering ‘IT Specific Staff Induction’ training to new employees
-Managing in-house Video Conferencing facilities
-Managing telecommunications systems - PABX (private branch exchange)
-Providing IT support to Customer Service colleagues
-Managing User Profile Issues
