• Drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company.
• Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the global operations of the company.
• Manage all aspects of organization’s office services. Evaluate and assist in developing office policies and procedures for improved work flow and anticipate future needs as organization grows. Assist in the selection of vendors and purchase equipment, services, and supplies necessary for operation of organization.
• Provide event management support as requested.
• Reviewing and tracking incoming enquiries such as emails, invitations, complaints, and correspondence, responding directly or advising on responses to the CEO, providing clarity of outcomes/actions.
• Responsible for all the operation management in the office including follow up with all the company departments' collection reports and making sure that all the departments finished their tasks required by the CEO.
• Arranging meetings and attend meetings with the board members and taking minutes of meetings and sometime conducting meeting on behalf of the CEO.
• Dealing and negotiate with clients and vendors.
