-Maintain relationship with the Management of sister companies inside & outside Kuwait (IT department is centralized within ALARGAN group).
- Project management for IT & Low Voltage parts of company real estate projects; this includes collecting owner requirements, developing project plan (cost & time), confirm works performing according to approved plan then handover to real estate team.
- Provide ICT managed services (internet, Tel, Data) to the tenants and building users
- Manage and implement infrastructure projects for ALARGAN companies inside & outside Kuwait.
- Maintain and confirm all Low Voltage and Network systems are perfectly operational.
- Provide sales team with technical knowledge related to company products (i.e. features and product life cycle).
- Conduct needs analysis & prepare technical presentations, solutions and proposals that fit with customer requirements.
- Work with sales team to help define opportunities.
- Maintain relationship with vendors and suppliers and confirm sales activities match with products Life Cycles.
- Provide technical support to customers with responsibility of RMA/RME operations.
- Lead technical teams in several major implementations.
Provide technical support to INJAZ project which was related to computerizing government works in UAE MoL & MoI.
MBA from University of Cumbria UK (distance learning).
