I develop all business of the company in western region of Saudi Arabia; I generally manage more than 70 employees with different disciplines,
I budget and plan yearly business targets and attend to clients for marketing and sales,
I oversee all projects execution, staffing, tendering and manage follow up.
1. In 2015 western KSA center achieved 87% of our sales target and 153% of our profit forecast due to being detail oriented and proper planning.
2. In 2016, we achieved 80% of our sales target and 160% of targeted profit.
3. Our clients include all government organizations, Saudi electricity co. (SEC) and saline water conversion company (SWCC) and few selected private clients.

During my nine years with the Power & Industrial division of gulf Group, I have executed a well-designed plan and achieved successful results in project development and equipment supply for example.
•In 2012, I have developed a project for supply of CU-NI tubes used in the water desalination plants. (15 million US$ and achieved 23% more than the profit target.)
•I have developed the project for supply of Transformer oil for the Ministry of Electricity of Kuwait including the testing of TRO and conducted seminars and technical presentations. Total business over the last 4 years (20 million US$)
•Developed and successfully achieved sales targets and goals with my clients KOC, KNPC, PIC, MEW.
•Maintained relationship with suppliers and contractors like (Pentol; Nynas, Serck services International)

•I have executed an aggressive supply plan of industrial chemicals for the paint industry, sponge manufacturers, cement and block manufacturers from companies like air products and Bayer, AkzoNobel and various suppliers from Asia; Europe and USA.
•Developed the business with Foster Wheeler’s co. for the KNPC Refinery restoration project including supply of spares and equipment.
•For Kuwait Oil company I have managed the maintenance support operation of REDA pumps recovery and handled the logistics of delivering the pumps to Ras- Alkhiyma and back to the oil well.
•Supplied submersible water pumps for Ministry and electricity and water from Plugger pumps
•Maintained strategic partnership with foreign suppliers and develop agency and distributor agreements with partners.

•1993 & 1995 logistic operation for removal and re-install REDA deep well oil pumps for Kuwait Oil Company.
•Established MSJCO business for supply of construction supplies and industrial equipment is for various clients in Kuwait.
•As a business development manager, I have acquired several agencies and projects for Gulf Group/Kuwait.
• such as (Clark Reliance USA - Nynas Sweden - Lamtec Germany - PSS UK - Plymouth Tube Corp USA - Greens, UK - POONGSAN, South Korea - Serck Services Gulf, UAE - GHD, AUS - ETD, UK - FMC, USA - GGS- Belgium - FLIR USA - Weidman lab USA - Battelle, USA - EDSR, UK - PIHA- Australia and Vasavi Power ltd. India.
•Assisted in a major project for Gulf Group / Kuwait supply & apply fuel additives for Kuwait power plants boilers to optimize burners and limit NOX & SOX from the environment ($ 15 million every two years)
•Acquired Major Project with Ministry of Electricity and Water / Kuwait for supply of CU-NI tubes for major over haling of seawater desalination Plant (Doha east and Shuwaikh) job size $ 13 Million.
•Acquired a major agency agreement and partnership for Gulf Group / Saudi Arabia HITACHI MITSUPISHI POWER SYSTEMS - Germany to look after their BOILER business in Saudi power plants and Saline Water Conversion Company.
•As Jeddah Branch Manager I achieved sales for 2014 - SAR 64 Million in 2015 - SAR 105 Million and in 2016 - SAR 57 Million
