• Build competitive and profitable work environment. Maximizing revenue, minimizing cost and
achieving company’s business objectives.
• To Liaise with the VIP clients in order to accommodate their Buying and rental requirements.
• To assist and consult clients throughout the buying process by providing them with
updated and accurate market information
• To establish and build long term effective, positive, and professional working relationships with
• internal and external clients (Landlords, Tenants, Investors, Developers Roots Land colleagues).
• Building strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Negotiate and conclude sales transactions.
• Source, Plan, Execute related to deals
• Hotel Opera System V4, V5 and V9
• Assigning the rooms for the groups & the individual guests
• Open, closing & following up the pay masters accounts
• Preparing the keys & check in the group's arrival
• Post the city ledger accounts & following the covering letters for the city ledger between the reservation & the accounting department
• Check in; check out the individual guests, handling the refund paid out &all the cashier issue.
• Handling the guest complain & request
• Handling the cash issue & visa machine (sale, authorization, offline, settlement & reports)
• Create the weekly store orders for the missing stationery &equipment for the department
Responsible about the students and the equipment in the exam venue
• Responsible about the exam papers
• As a british council invigilator you are responsible about the the invigilator and the teachers from the same venue
• Responsible about the day to day income invoices check them and also entered them to the system
• Responsible about the the main cash in the accountant department
• Responsible to make a spot check on all department that has a cash transaction reception, spa and the whole outlets
