From 04 November 2008 up to current time working with Saudi Electrical Co. - Eastern Region Branch ( SEC-ERB) in position of Distribution Engineer.
The first 7 months (from November 2008 to May 2009) were with Planning and system improvement department and the following responsibilities were covered:-
1. Studying the customer's request for supplying electrical power of 1 MVA and above.
2. Coordinate with other departments to precede customers' requests.
From June 2009 up to current time working in Constructions Unit and the following responsibilities are covered:
1. Execution of planned projects.
2. Coordinate between the project contractors and other departments of the company.
3. Represent the company in governmental sectors such as municipality
Currently working in position of general coordinator for Occupational Safety and Health program (5-stars) of Projects Division.( In addition to responsibilities of Project Engineer).
In this position the following responsibilities are managed:
- Formation of a working group composed of 116 safety representatives which are distributed in the working zones of the division.
- Periodic follow-up with safety representatives to apply the rules and regulations of (5-stars) safety program to reach the targeted level.
- Prepare the necessary reports to Safety Committee of the division which is headed by the Division Manager.
- Coordination and follow-up with the General Safety Committee of Dammam Electricity Department.
- Supervise the preparation of risk assessment, analysis of critical jobs and writing safe working procedures for the jobs under Projects Division
From 14 June 2005 up to 04 November 2008 working with JAL international Co. as Aramco contractor Employee in Dhahran Utilities and Facilities Department (UFMD) as Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Work Control Group. In this position the following responsibilities were covered:-
1. Supervision on Preventive Maintenance (PM) Planning on Emergency Power Generators for all Dhahran, Khubbar and Dammam facilities that are related to Saudi Aramco.
2. Coordination with other UFMD units to support them if required.
3. Coordination with Major Jobs Project group to support them in generators instillation projects.
4. Make technical Evaluation for any new electrical equpments & devices related to our facilities prior to installation.
5. Coordinate with vendors to provide any required repair or spare parts for emergency generators.
6. Coordinate with Saudi Aramco Power Distribution Department (PDD) to support them in case of power shutdown activities.
7. Make technical Evaluation and review electrical test equipments to verify Saudi Aramco Safety Standards & Specifications.
8. Prepare scope for work for electrical maintenance projects including: requesting materials and manpower ( Time Unit Rate / Work Unit Rate)
From August 2004 up to February 2005 working with Al-Hugayet Est. (Saudi Aramco Contractor) as contractor’s employee in department of Saudi Aramco Project Management Team (SAPMT) in Position of Electrical Site Engineer in Medical Clinic Project In Abqaiq. In This project the following responsibilities were covered :-
- Visual Inspection on the site for verifying Saudi Aramco Standards and Specifications.
- Reviewing Submittals of Equipments and Devices for verifying Saudi Aramco Standards and Specifications.
- Reviewing Testing and Commission Procedures for the power equipments of the building for verifying Saudi Aramco Standards and Specifications.
- Reviewing ETAP study of analyzing power flow of the project.
From July 2003 to Jan 2004 condensed training in Saudi Electricity Company-Eastern Region (SEC-ERB), Dammam Area Transmission Department (DATD) as a part of university coop program.
