Job responsibilities included:
• Management of real estate related issues, including sourcing additional office space, lease and rent negotiations, lease administration, moves and changes, reconfigurations/relocation strategies.
• Maintenance and management of physical asset and storage site inventories.
• Ensuring that space is accounted for accurately on the floor plan system in terms of departmental and common/shared space allocations.
• Compilation and maintenance of asset register to accurately record office equipment, fixtures and fittings.
• Organizing induction & training sessions for new recruits/employees.
• Management of office access cards and any security related issues with it
• Management of the team for records maintenance, courier & mails management.
• Purchase, verification and approval of invoices and payment vouchers of pantry supplies, office equipment & supplies, inventory control, etc.
• Management of accommodation, rental cars, allowances and insurance policies for out of country trainee lawyers.
• Organizing Health & Safety related induction and training programs.
Job responsibilities included:
• Providing information, guidance, and assistance for safety and comfort to passengers on board aircraft
• Monitoring and securing the cabin regularly, complying with all aviation rules and regulations for safety and protection
• Providing special assistance to passengers with special needs (children, disabled persons, elders etc.)
• Analytical reporting on concerning flight incidents.
