oOversaw unloading station, buffer silo, bag filters, dense phase conveying system, and high-speed bucket elevators ensuring 2.5-hour total rake unloading turnaround.
As a Project Manager in the mining and mineral processing industry, I have successfully led EPC and revamp projects for Alumina Handling Conveyor Systems, overseeing the complete lifecycle from concept to commissioning. My expertise spans the integration and execution of critical bulk material handling components including stacker reclaimers, crusher screens, bucket wheel excavators, feeders, and high-capacity conveyor belts. I ensured seamless coordination of structural, mechanical, and control systems—such as dust suppression and SCADA instrumentation—while managing cross-functional teams, vendor interfaces, and safety compliance. These projects were delivered efficiently, within budget, and aligned with operational performance goals.
2. Fume Treatment Plant:
oImplemented dry scrubbing system with 4 million m³/hr capacity ensuring emission compliance.
3. Utilities Infrastructure:
oLaid 80 km of pipeline networks for process utilities, firefighting, low/high-pressure compressors.
oDeveloped circulating water pump house and cooling tower infrastructure.
oHot tapping of Raw water and Compressed Air Pipes.
oWorking knowledge of advanced MEP systems (HVAC, chillers, gases, utilities).

4. Railway Infrastructure:
oExecuted 13 km railway track including siding development and integration with logistics operations.
5. Industrial Infrastructure:
oConstructed internal roads, stormwater drains, coal logistics facilities, and internal plant access routes.
6. Township Development:
oDeveloped a modern township comprising 8 residential towers (G+9), with all support amenities including healthcare, education, and recreation.
7. Ash Pond Construction:
oExecuted and maintained ash pond systems for fly ash disposal and water recovery systems.
8. Zero Liquid Discharge System:
oImplemented ZLD system including ETP with RO and STP to ensure 100% wastewater recycling.
9. Regulatory & Statutory Compliance:
oSuccessfully obtained statutory clearances including:
