The Accountabilities:
•Managed project, designed, and implemented E-Policy Orchestrator (EPO) Server, Agent handlers and Repositories to manage all McAfee Point Products as per corporate policy compliance. Project resulted in significant ROI and reduced FTEs required.
•Responsible for applications, systems, and database audit, vulnerability testing, and analysis (MS SQL, LDAP, SMTP, AD) for McAfee Products.
•Solutions designing for IT organizations wrt information security strategy, policy, and architecture.
•Provided guidance in developing multimedia information security training program and ongoing security awareness campaign.
•Built corporate security organization and formalized security practices.
•Handled critical escalations including malware outbreaks and guided the appropriate solution for the same.
•Validating the Malware escalations and working closely with McAfee labs to create Extra.DAT definitions to prevent the attacks.
•Documenting and publishing Knowledge base articles of the new and known issues with the products.
•Documenting the procedures after trouble shooting the critical problem and updating the data base for future references.
•Training the new joiners on product functionalities along with conducting interviews.
•Troubleshooting of malwares using appropriate tools like Getsusp, process explorer, GMER, Process monitor, Hijack this, Root kit remover, etc. for isolating the Virus and analysis
