Business requirements gathering by interacting with project stakeholders, business users and subject matter experts (SME’s).
Understanding and analyzing the client business processes and workflows to possess overall understanding on the business requirement.
Responsible for preparing business requirement document (BRD), functional requirement document (FRD), Software Requirements specification (SRS) by employing the best practices for requirement documentation.
Ensuring that the development team has the same level of understanding on the client requirements by working closely with the team to provide the thorough knowledge on the requirements.
Working closely with the design team on UI options and design requirements to ensure that the solution meets end customer needs.
Documentation of use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, UML diagrams and test cases.
Employing appropriate modelling techniques and designing work flows, wireframes, prototypes and functional flows for client as well as internal demonstrations.
Planning, prioritizing and managing sprint (Agile) releases based on the SLA, using JIRA project management platform.
Managing product backlog of the product assigned and working closely with the delivery manager to prioritize requirements by following MoSCow methodology.
Working closely with the QA team to design and develop test strategies to ensure smooth User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by the client. Also assisting in functional testing of the system and ensuring that it meets the user requirements.
Providing post-implementation and maintenance support to client by managing enhancements, bug fixes and new releases.
Serving as a functional expert for the product assigned and conducting end user training for the business users.
Collaborating with the delivery manager and proactively participating in scope management, project management and raising Change Request’s (CR) for scope changes.
Preparing project progress reports, status reports, WBS for management reporting.
Working with the pre-sales team on the RFP, tender documentation and client presentations to showcase organization capabilities.
