Responsible for managing entire learning cycle (diagnosis, design, development, handholding, coaching, mentoring & evaluation), Preparing and publishing the monthly and yearly training calendar, Identifying & Allocating Vendors and using innovative Cost Control methods to Reduce Cost.
Working Closely with Business to Identify & map the required competencies of employees at various levels of management of the company.
Developing content for modules based on those identified competencies with a well-structured plan for monitoring, mentoring & coaching sets of employees who have qualified for the Assessment Center. Such modules include Behavioral skills like Interpersonal Skills, Supervisory Skills, Business Process & SOPs and People Management.
 Instrumental in HR Business Process re-engineering model.
 Introduced the concept of formal Internal Induction Process
 Streamlined Internal process of Cash Training for BDFS
 Liasion with External Retail academies (Institutes like BIRD, BIHR, Dynamics) and Training providers for External Trainings to be imparted to local staff on various detailed programs, Diplomas and Degree programs etc..
 Running various Quality Control Surveys for the shop floor to monitor the Quality Service Aspects
 Internal Trainings for Staff at all levels (Managers, Supervisors, Sales Staff)
 Running and Implementing Performance Management Initiatives by HR and training the complete staff of BDFS
 Special Projects Training assigned by Retail Office for Companywide programs.
 Formulation of Training Databank that includes database of detailing of every program undertaken by the department within the territory.
 Developing training calendars.
