RASGAS-Shutdown Lifting Engineer ( Lifting Tech. Authority)
Role: Manage and control the lifting operations during Shutdown Activities to ensure it comply with RG policies and Standards by:-
• Ensuring the Crane Operators and lifting crew are competent and have the min. knowledge and skills to perform safely lifting operations by Technical /Theoretical assessments.
• Ensuring the cranes are certified and conducting visual examination and verification test (if required) to all the mobile cranes involved in SD prior to enter RG gate.
• Reviewing, approving all Lifting Plans, Method statements related of Shutdown activities.
• Monitoring critical lifting operations
• Sharing in updating lifting policies, work of practice.

SCOPE OF WORK: o Improving jetty operations to comply with Lifting Policy.
o Utilizing efficiently all lifting equipment according to PUWER®.
o Ensuring safe lifting operations to comply with the LOLER®.
o Maintaining professional & technical knowledge.
o Approving all categories of lifting operations for onshore/offshore.
o Planning and Supervising The complicated, and complex Lifting Operations.
o Sharing in incidents and accident investigations and leading the ones related to the lifting operations.
o Ability to form team works, work with teams
o Creating planned programs, and putting time frame for execution, and tracking.
o Dealing with MAXIMO system. \{Work orders "issue/receive"/ purchasing orders / job plans / failure codes / \}.
o Creating a maintenance strategies and write its executive time frames.
o Managing materials spare parts stock control.
o Reading/ Translating manuals (operation/spare parts)
o Creating and Approving Purchasing Requests (PR.)
