Handling Day to Day Accounting, MIS Reports, Cash Flow, Budget, variance Analysis, Ratio Analysis
• Responsible for dealing with multiple banks, raising new finances under LC, SBLC, IIF, EIF, EBD and other terms.
• Renewal of Bank finance facilities.
• Filing of Vat Return and payments.

• Report to General Manager and managed effectively all operations covering finance and accounting activities of the company.
• Presented MIS reports to the management along with necessary financial analysis.
• Analyzed business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
• Reviewed budgets, control systems and cash flow statements on daily basis ensuring optimum utilization of corporate funds.
• Liaised with auditors for year-end statutory audit and negotiating with bankers for arranging necessary credit facilities in order to meet all financial obligations
• Reporting to Manager - Accounts and responsibility towards evaluating and implementing internal control mechanism in finance and accounts department.
• Maintaining Books of accounts and handling banks & inter-company reconciliation, MIS, Budgets, payroll, cash management, insurance coverage, pilferages and damages, inventory management, import & export process, pricing strategies, cost control mechanism etc.
• Taken care of accounts receivable follow up, payables, reconciliation of accounts and managed payroll disbursement process.
• Examined and analyzed accounting records, financial statements and other costing reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Dealt with Income Tax Authority concerning to income tax matters.
• Liaised with banks and insurance companies for negotiating better loan facilities & insurance matters.
Cleared Company Secretary course from ICSI , New Delhi
Cleared Chartered Accountancy in very first attempt and have secured All India 36th Rank in CA -PCC level.
