 Currently reporting to Director - HR. Played a key role and supported HR Head in developing HR policies and procedures on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunity, disciplinary actions and absence management. Developed new HR forms for amended policies and procedures.

 Managing complete cycle of recruitment for corporate office. Bring fresh blood for the company by liaising with local and overseas recruitment agencies, web portals and head hunting.

 Revised job descriptions for more than 350 positions across all levels. “Shadowed” and interviewed employees to construct an accurate picture of the duties and skills required for each position.

 Prepare all new joiners, turnover, employee benefits and appreciation reports for more than 2000 employees. Custodian of all management reports and communicates this to line managers as and when required.

 Working closely with department, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement the policies and procedures. Conducting Employee Voice Meetings every month for employees working at distant sites. Always delivered excellent customer services. Worked as company representative in communicating change management at the time of restructuring process.
 Improved retention rates by understanding the drivers required to retain the performers of critical positions, also by applying engagement programs various within an industry where high turnover is the norm. This effort has been recognized by the company also.
 Since one year has been conducting disciplinary functions which involves disciplinary meeting, issuing letters of concern, warning letters along with terminations.
 Work closely with HR Head on pay related matters such as Pay reviews, bonus and reward programs. Maturely performed and assisted HR Head during Internal and External Audits every year.
 Administering payroll in and out every month using HRIS Oracle. Working on Promotions and Transfers, Employee Terminations and Resignations. Updating and monitoring the leave records of employees.
 Improved company’s formal Performance review program, by educating all line managers and team leaders on management’s criteria’s & expectations, which resulted in effective Performance appraisal programs running every year in the organization.
 An excellent trainer and successfully developed creative training programs for new and existing employees, Conducting In house n External Trainings for different grades of employees based on need analysis. Training evaluation and linking it with Performance appraisal of employees.
 Gained expertise in conducting exit interviews through experience. Furbish all settlement requirements until the complete exit of employee.

◆ Reduced the grievances escalation rate by 20%, by constantly conducting One on One meetings with the work floor employees and addressing their issue's to line managers and sorting them within timelines.
◆ Reviewed performance management programs by reviewing and streamlining the KRAs with the desired performance matrix of employees.
