• Creating routing, updating fares and coding interline agreements betweens airlines, coding free and excess baggage.
• Uploading BSR (banking selling rates) and sending the filing information to different (GDS) / (CRS)
• Co-coordinating /communicating with clients on daily basis to overcome airline queries.
• Acting team coach in the absence of Team lead.
• Got an opportunity to train a batch of new joiners in RDM Lufthansa and insured that process gets live without any hiccups.
