Worked extensively on Insolvency &, Bankruptcy Code, 2016, section 7 and section 9
applications. Have drafted and filed at least 25 applications under section 7 & section 9
in NCLT and have appeared before the Tribunal for hearings in the matters filed by me,
and have also got matters admitted.
2. Appeared as an Advocate for many high-stake matters in the NCLT and got the
judgment in our favour.
3. Worked on Section 19 application under RDDBI Act, and filed matters in DRT, and
have appeared in those matters, and also filed Affidavit in Opposition against SA filed
against our clients.
4. Have also drafted written objections, title search reports, notices, contracts, lease deeds,
registration agreements, and other petitions in High Court and District Courts.
5. Have also appeared in matters before the Consumer forum (State and District) and in
Session Court, district Courts and various other Tribunals.
6. Have also handled client and the ERP in my firm.
