Maintaining VTS (Vehicle Tracking System) on daily basis.
Updating MLS report on daily basis.
Creation & finalization of Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) for Inbound Operation

Working on Human Error Prevention Project
Compilation of Level II, Level III and Level IV documents for IMS audit
Masters Data Updation in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
Monitor & Improve Pre-packing productivity in terms of prepacks per man-days
Clear parts from Staging to Put-away within 1 hour
Clear FFR & Urgent parts within 1 hour & 45 minutes respectively
Ensure process adherence of the Inbound process
Maintain & Ensure WES for Kit production
Ensure improvement in processes by various tools like Kaizen, 5S
