Responsible for accounting functions in HWL KSA in accordance with company guidelines and goals.
Serving customer requirements and do regular customer follow ups for payments
Issuing all warehouse and admin invoices and deliver their statements
Handling aging reports and updating them on weekly and monthly basis
Reconciliation of all supplier accounts
Serving patients in regards to any insurance service they require from Enaya Co. by representing their services at Dr.Erfan Hospital.
Cooperating with the hospital’s management in regards to admissions, out patients and many other services.
Processing medical approvals and claiming them for VIP patients.
Learning from multiple insurance companies’ regarding their insurance policies.
Acquiring approvals and claims for patients at the clinic.
Sending reports and following up with cases regarding insured patients.
