• Fully utilize digital inspection/snagging portals or systems to log, track, update, and monitor quality-related service requests.
• Ensure access to relevant software or project management tools to generate reports and maintain accountability.
• Conduct detailed pre‑handover walk‑downs and inspections, recording all snag items and recommending corrective actions.
• Continuously follow up with the Contractor and Projects Team to ensure every snag item is rectified, re‑inspected, and
officially closed according to quality standards.
• Analyze project metrics—such as defect density, contractor turnaround time, rework volume, and client satisfaction scores—
to evaluate technical and commercial performance trends.
• Share insights and collaborate with Projects/Contracts/Operations to proactively address systemic quality challenges.
• Prepare formal presentations and executive reports summarizing inspection outcomes, escalation status, vendor briefs, and
performance indicators.
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance QA workflows, inspection protocols, reporting cadence, and
customer‑facing processes.
• Maintain and evolve templates, dashboards, and playbooks—ensuring QA procedures are standardized, repeatable, and
scalable for future projects.

Responsible for overall quality assurance and control management in Project levels. Reviewing documents in line. Implementation of the Project Quality Plan, Preparation of Project Quality procedures, Inspection Test Plans, Ensure relevant project documents such as method statements, material submitals, approvals and inspections for the Client Etihad WE.
•Be part of Project meetings and ensure actions for the Quality department are taken and resolved.
