-1- Greets Customers with a friendly manner and gives the initiative to help them. 2- Records and maintains Customer data on the computer for easily search. 3- Identifies customer needs and the appropriate ways to meet customer needs. 4- Opens job orders including customer and maintenance needs to be delivered to workshop Engineer. 5- Explains Maintenance Process and cost to customer before maintenance start. 6- Coordinates with Maintenance department and solve any problems to meet required quality. 7- Ensures high customer satisfaction with services and maintains good relationships with them.
