Responsible for Installing, maintaining, repairing electrical wiring, equipments & fixture. Making sure that all work done is in accordance with Health & Safety regulation. Also involved in advising clients and senior manager verbally or in writing on hazardous equipment and essential work that needs doing.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsible for costing and estimating commercial jobs, tenders and enquiries.
• Accountable for all electrical and general task relating to maintenance.
• Using test equipment & hand tools to diagnose, locate & fix electrical problems.
• Checking & testing circuit breaker and replacing them where required.
• Tracing, diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults.
• Carrying out electrical installation and maintenance work.
• Interpreting work instructions, drawings and schematics diagrams.
• Maintaining and repairing all electrical equipment.
• Connecting wires to circuits breaker, transformers and other components.
• Travelling to locations on site and working both indoor and outdoor.
• Using tools & testing equipment including ammeter, ohmmeter, voltmeter & test lamps.
• Working on ladders, scaffolds, and roofs in retail outlets, local authorities and general commercial office buildings.
• Familiar with permit to work & operation of electrical safe system of work system.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Installation of typical electrical system equipment, Lighting control panel, MCC's & control panel, Isolator, etc.
• Wiring installation & termination system, single core, multi core, micc, fire rated wire & glanding termination.
• Installation & Termination of all types of normal and emergency lighting system, Lighting fixture and accessories, Installation & termination of all types of wiring accessories.
• Electrical testing & Commissioning of electrical circuits and installation.
