Assemble different sizes of cable wires according to its order.
Armouring steel wires into cables.
Ensure tooling and set-up is proper as work instructions.
Report to the supervisor for any problem related to quality, productivity and machine condition etc.
Provide identification card in any spool, basket and required information.
Handover the machine to the next operator.
Follow the instruction of production supervisor, engineer and manager.
Proper housekeeping in own area.
Get approval, clearance for production from QC after first off inspection
Read carefully production authorization and technical data/manufacturing instruction and clarity doubts, if any with production supervisor.
Checked availability of raw materials, spools, baskets, etc.
Produced quality output as per product specification work and manufacturing instructions.
