As a lead UX designer on the user experience team, I worked closely with the cross functional team and stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum workflow to design visually-compelling and highly-usable web and mobile applications. Creating user personas and scenarios in order to enhance functionality and usability for key audiences.
I was able to help them design a product that is being used by children schools in the Bay area in San Francisco and successfully improved user experience by simplifying user tasks.
Acts as a user experience advocate for different brands. Doing research on design problems. Developing user personas and scenarios in order to enhance functionality and usability for key audiences. Created actionable and intuitive design flows by developing a site-map, producing low/high fidelity wireframes. Executing interaction and visual design and ensured mock-ups met both visual and textual branding standards.
Act as the user-advocate during the development process, subjecting early- stage designs to usability testing or expert review, and offering implementation suggestions from a user-centered perspective. With the goal of creating the most efficient and easy-to-understand experience possible.
