Supervise electrical maintenance department attending their post to conduct a
reliable Preventive, Corrective, and Predictive Maintenance for all machineries, and
facilities use in Feed Milling industry. Perform commissioning and installation of new
machineries. Modification and integration of system for more efficient and effective
output production. Provide European single line diagram (cad drawings) for motor
control system and electrical modifications. And Electrical troubleshooting including
Instrumentation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Technical Supervision for commissioning and installation, service and repair of
Sinocom products such as Generator (Caterpillar, Cummins, Perkins, Denyo, & Kohler),
Solar Power, Security System, Fire Alarm Detection System, Audio and Video Intercoms
such as (Honeywell, Bosch, Samsung, Hikvision, & Aurine Products). DMCI Power Plants
project.
Manage production schedule to maximize the production output of newly
commissioned 40TPH Feed Mill (Muyang).
* Supervise labors in production area from operations to dispatching.
* Manage the raw materials to be use for production. Including bulk materials and
medicine additives.
* Assist control room operator in operation of PLC and manual flow system.
* Reports of daily production and monthly reports.
* Attend Electrical trouble when maintenance is not around.
