•Backing up all credit officers in the Credit Department
•Launching new accounts for corporate clients

Responsibilities: Internal Communication Department
• Assist in the development and implementation of all bank’s internal communications plans.
• Supervise the consistency of written documentations internally and with third parties
• Assess the actual internal communications expenditure against the agreed upon budget.
• Manage the work of any third-party media agencies sub-contracted to assist with internal communications
• Cooperate with the External Communications & Public Relations department on joint projects to maximize the impact of communications activities
• Supervise the completion of internal communications’ work with any third-party on timely manner
• Supervise the organization of internal exhibitions/ events to ensure the right presentation of the bank image, and to ensure smooth flow of the event
• Supervise subordinate employees of the Internal Communications Department to ensure that they are supporting internal communication and CSR activities adequately.
• Supervise the development of the bank’s intranet page ensuring its consistency with the bank’s corporate identity and following up its regular update
• May need to travel regularly to Bank offices to handle communications activities
• Head team at event, exhibition, or conference booths
• Manages employees sports & social activities
• Perform any related duties as assigned by Head of Internal Communications
Responsibilities: working as External Communication manager
• Brief the agency of all the external communication needed
• Assist on the progress of banque Misr corporate identity
• Insure that all our communications goes with our corporate identity and our strategy.
• Keep regular contacts with the agencies to ensure that day-to-day requirements are fulfilled.
• Managing outdoor network.
Responsibilities: External Communication Department
o Participated in the development of all MIBank’s/NSGB’s external communication plans.
o Public relation responsibility for MIBank/ NSGB (managing external events, media coverage in all the newspapers)
o Monitored results of public relations campaigns and media coverage of MIBank/NSGB and its competitors in the local and regional media.
o Interacting on regular basis with various PR & Advertising agencies.
o Managing outdoor network MIBank/ NSGB
o Responsible for promoting the Corporate image according to the organizations’ strategic objectives MIBank/NSGB
Responsibilities: Internal Communication Department
o Preparing, supervising and distributing the bank’s quarterly Newsletter
o Organizing the bank’s staff Quarter meeting
o Organizing bi-monthly chairman speak-up breakfast meeting
o Organizing yearly Ramadan Iftar
o Planning and managing the formulation of the “crisis management communication plan” in place
o Organizing employees' sports gathering
o Opening an internal channel of communication with employees and keeping them updated with the latest news through regular circulars sent by email.
o Undertake the selection of the Corporate Gifts & Calendars and supervising the execution.
o Handling the Complaints & suggestions system (Employees' Suggestion Box)
o Undertaking the written documentation of the department
o Updating the internal website of the bank “Intranet”.
Responsibilities:
o Marketing Activities of GN4ME & Party Magazine (Promotions, Sponsorship, Event ….)
o Preparing sales offers, presenting it to the client, closing the deal, follow-up with the client.
o Marketing consultant for client.
o Participating In PR activities including but not limited to (launch parties, events, openings … )
Responsibilities:
o Assist the Account officer on client services
o Analyze research and formulate advise to clients prior to decision-making
o Attend & review the Stock Exchange Session on a daily basis
o Link the client to the Broker for order-taking
o Advise client on best investment opportunities in the market
