• Ensuring site compliance with ISO 14001:2015 and applicable regulatory and legal requirements.
• Raising awareness and training AIRBUS ATLANTIC personnel on environmental practices.
• Communicating internal and external requirements to all staff.
• Conducting process audits related to regulations and certifications.
• Leading safety and health committee meetings.
• Identifying and preventing risks related to employees workstations.
• Establishing prevention programs to reduce incidents, workplace accidents, and occupational diseases.
• Enforcing safety standards.
• Monitoring accident indicators.
• Ensuring site compliance with ISO 45001 and applicable regulatory and legal requirements.
• Raising awareness and training AIRBUS ATLANTIC personnel on risks and ergonomics at workstations.
• Communicating internal and external requirements to all staff.
• Conducting process audits related to regulations.
• Leading health and safety committee meetings (CSST).
• Managing inter-site transfers.
• Managing external companies and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards by external service providers.
• Enforcing hygiene conditions established by AIRBUS ATLANTIC Tunisia personnel, including external contractors.

• Implementation of an integrated management system according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
• Development of all company documentation.
