Providing high-quality manicures and pedicures, which includes
removing old nail polish from fingernails and toenails, cleaning nails,
shaping the ends of nails, pushing back cuticles, and applying new
polish based on clients' preferences. Applying artificial nails such as
plastic nails, acrylic, polygel, gel extensions and gel polish. Finishing it
with a relaxing hand / feet massage.
* Providing waxing or other hair removal services to client such as the
face, back, arms, legs, and bikini line or full body.
In- charge/ senior all around
Operational:
*To assist and supervise the staff (Reception and Nail Technician) on
grooming standards and work performance.
*To work closely with Reception on incoming billing statements of
every shift.
*Is responsible for daily opening and closing shifts.
*To supervise the checking of The Spa to ensure that all equipment are
in good working condition.
*To provide as an example of a professional and efficient leader for the
staff.
*To prepare the staff schedule.
*To act as The Spa in charge & perform her duties during absences.
*To train, motivate & evaluate the staff.
* To generate ideas for the sales promotion of The Spa .
*To do the daily inventory for equipment, product, supplies, linen,
towels, etc.
*To supervise the preparation of The Spa products and services
provided to guests.
Guest Interaction:
*To conduct The Spa tours and inform guests of The Spa products
and services.
*To pay attention to VIPs & ensure that VIPs receive superior service.
*To warmly welcome all incoming guests.
*To ensure guest satisfaction in whatever way possible, but within the
guidelines of The Spa.
*To always greet guests using their name whenever possible.
*To provide recommendations and information about products to the
guest. *To report any missing or damaged items as explained in the
department's policies and procedures.
*To assist client on what treatment best for her skin and explain
about products and services she must take.
*To perform facial treatments as needed by the client such as deep
cleansing, purifying, whitening, anti-aging, lifting, clarifying,
microdermabrassion diamond peel, hydropeel, organic facial, and
relaxing facial massage.
*To give the best service that can render to the client to meet her full
satisfaction and relaxation.
*To inform client on what to do or not to do on her home care
products, and explain every details of the products she will be taking
home.
*To prepare and fill up the client's treatment record.
To check the material supplies in every site toolroom and request to
from the main toolroom to provide such materials need at the site.
