Currently working as Sr Administrative Assistant of Corporate Communications Department - Public Affairs:
1. Performs administrative and routine secretarial works, statistical and clerical task
2. Composing business correspondence.
3. Arranging company participations for conferences/activities/exhibitions in the Middle East and other Countries.
4. Travel, hotel and arrangements of venue for the meeting.
5. Timekeeping - monitoring and reporting all types of leave.
6. Department’s annual planning budget, control and review of monthly expenses and prepare monthly accrual report.
7. Purchasing of corporate gift items, controlling and stock inventory report.
8, Posting Service/Good Receipts and payment processing.
9. Contract Administrator - monitoring all the service and material contracts’ activities.
10. Support and assist all the Sadara participations in major industry conferences and exhibitions throughout the Middle East that includes logistical fronts and coordination.
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. • Provides full range of Office Administration and management supports such as setting-up of meetings, composing letters, responding telephone inquiries, making hotel and travel arrangements, typing and filings. Schedule and organize CFO's calendar and remind appointments and meetings as required. Receive phone calls, assist visitors, and handle business and administrative details. Handles e-mails, faxes, parcels, shipments and responds to routine enquiries. Keeps highly confidential records and maintain effective filing systems. Assist in planning, organizing and implementing daily operations and business /administration activities of Finance Dept.
Reporting to the Chairman
Assist the Chairman in all administrative functions, attend meetings related to administration works and official functions. Provide full assistance as well as manage given tasks both internally and externally.
Organize and attend meetings to take minutes. Fully responsible for safekeeping of highly confidential management records, employment contracts, medical insurance, vacation records, exit re-entry visa, iqama, and other employee and government related issue. Ensure that all daily activities for office support requirements are met and all facets of HR works. Maintain and enforce company standards, procedures and practices.
Reporting to the Vice President for Operations
Supervising and managing more than 200 employees both in Repair Service Operations and Administrative works. Have traveled & attended management meetings in Asian countries.
Manages Canon Repair Centers operation nationwide. Assist in planning, organizing and implementing daily operations and business/administration activities. Maintains approved policies and procedures and its’ implementation.
Reporting to the General Manager :
Provides direct supervision to Technical employees, Service Personnel and to Administrative office employees. Functions as advisor to Service and Administration. Analyzes and resolves problems,
interprets policies (i.e., management operations, HR, contracts & grants, resource management in defined areas) and demonstrates solid knowledge of processes and protocols for budgets, funds, or HR management. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action. Supervises staff to assure accountability and stewardship of company resources (operational, financial, and human) in compliance with departmental goals and objectives. Responsible for supervising the administrative services of 800 employees, 72 Security Guards with a large company Products of around 1, 800 Cars. Reports directly to a General Manager.
