i. 1B+G+M+6P (Shared Podium) + 45F+R+UR & 26F+R+UR Residential Building


 Monitor and implement project specific Quality Plans and related quality procedures in compliance with the project and company requirements.
 Monitor the construction process related to quality aspects and issue reports to respective team for works falls below the requirements.
 Conduct quality site induction to the respective team for every and new activity on the site.
 Participate on bi-monthly QA/QC meeting with the Consultant.
 Preparing MSRA in coordination with the subcontractor and construction team.
 Preparing and conducting material inspection (MIR) for the materials delivered on site.
 Conduct pre-site inspection for the activities carried out by site team prior to final site inspection with the Consultant.
 Plan, conduct, and monitor the testing required for the materials on site in compliance with the project / contract documents.
 Monitor, update, and close internal and external NCR in coordination with the site team.

Projects Handled:
i. 5B+G+M+23 Floors Residential Building, Mak-Halah St., Abu Dhabi, UAE
ii. 3B+G+10 Floors Residential Building (2 Bldgs.), Al Raha Beach, Abu Dhabi, UAE
iii. Dewan Ruler’s Court Building (by Musanada), Madinat Zayed, Abu Dhabi, UAE

 Review Contractor’s civil document / technical submittal.
 Review and monitor Contractor’s variations of work on the site.
 Review and check any activity offered for Inspection by Contractor.
 Ensure materials delivered on the site prior installation are complying with the project requirements.
 Witness and verify with ITL all relevant test results related to ITR if meets the Contract requirements.
 Closely monitor site activities in respect with the Quality and Safety concerns.
 Participate / Coordinate with the Contractor’s Quality and Safety personnel on regular basis.
 Participate and coordinate with Client representative along with Contractor for the regular site-walk and notify Contractor for NC’s observed during the site visit.
 Follow-up NCR closure with the Contractors and ensure its CCA was agreed and approved prior its implementation.
 Review Close-Out documents as submitted by Contractor.

Duties and Responsibilities as an ISO 9001 QMS Lead Auditor:

 Monitor risk management as per company’s quality manual in order to identify the task need to improve its ‘control measures’, to eliminate its potential risk that may effect to the service conformity.
 Identify and monitor the potential needs and opportunities for each processes.
 Monitor and evaluate externally provider’s processes and resources.
 Provide guidance and knowledge to the processes as needed.
 Maintain documented information for the compliance based on the Quality Management System.
 Plan and performs internal audits, reviews, surveillance, and follow-ups for individual projects.
 Represent the organization during third party external audit (BSI) and maintaining its QMS (ISO 9001:2015) certification through follow-ups and surveillance.
 Discuss Management Review Inputs to top management and recommend correction and CA appropriate from the findings received during the external audit.
 Implement, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of correction and corrective action and to re-evaluate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) if necessary.

Project Handled:
i. Abu Dhabi Presidential Palace (Crown Prince Building and VP Building)

 Review and develop sub-contractor’s PQP, MS, ITP, PQD, and Material Submittals.
 Monitor the quality department on daily basis (2 QC Engineers and DC) for their assigned task.
 Follow-up with the sub-contractors on regular basis its pending submittals (e.g. MS, material, PQP, etc.) including open NCR’s subject for close-out.
 Attend weekly quality meeting organized by Consultant.
 Conduct internal audit and represent the project during the Consultant’s audit.
 Investigate, recommend, and monitor correction and corrective actions for the NCR received from the Consultant (including auditing period) and discussed with the construction team.
 Plan and monitor material testing required on the site as per specified on the project requirements.
 Review Close-Out documents / reports as submitted by Subcontractor.

Project Handled:
i. National Drilling Company (NDC) Staff Accommodation
(Project by ADNOC in Asab and Buhasa, Abu Dhabi - Installation of prefab portacabin of more than 300 units including drainage and road works).

 Perform all daily activity inspection offered by site team and conduct necessary test for the materials in accordance with the project requirements.
 Cary out routine site inspection and prepare report to respective teams for any works found below the requirements.
 Prepare method statement for the available activities on the site.
 Implement the agreed PCAR from the NCR raised by Consultant and evaluate its effectiveness.
 Maintain QMS of the company through ‘Continual Improvement’ and represent the projects during ADNOC internal audit.

Projects Handled:
i. 18 Units G+2 Staff and Labour Accommodation, Al Qusais, Dubai, UAE
ii. 2B+20+M+Roof Residential Buildings (2 Buildings), Dubai Marina, U.A.E.

 Monitor the construction process related to quality aspects.
 Preparing and submitting material inspection request (MIR) for the delivered materials on site.
 Conduct pre-site inspection for the activities carried out by site team prior to final site inspection with the Consultant.
 Prepared list of defective works and issue such lists/NCR to the concerned department / party.
 Conduct the testing required for the materials on site in compliance with the project / contract documents.
 Monitor, update, and close internal and external NCR in coordination with the site team.
