This customer is the one of the key departments of the government of KSA. Logica was nominated to create an IT strategy for it and then manage its PMO for the next 5 years.
• Responsible for managing the ARIS database. It included modeling of Organisation chart, BPMN processes, Applications, Information and Security models. Responsible for writing scripts to generate reports in ARIS.
• Responsible for project coordinating with the team resources.
• Responsible for creation of Portfolio document, one of the 4 main deliverables for the project.
"Customer Care Division", DoT, Abu Dhabi
• DoT, Abu Dhabi wanted to establish and implement a state of the art "Customer Care Division".
• Modelled customised Org charts, Processes models for various visuals and sample data.
QIB IT Assessment, Qatar
• Qatar Islamic Bank wanted Logica to assess their key applications and provide recommendations/ actions for improvements.
• Helped in getting together references and putting together various documents like presentation and different figures and charts to provide the right information to the client.
MOI NIC, Saudi Arabia
• Ministry of Interior of Saudi Arabia planned to align their processes and structure with the Enterprise architecture framework (TOGAF)
• They also planned to use ARIS tool extensively as their daily data capture tool.
• Helped in customising ARIS repository for the client.
• Modelled the Solution Architecture in the repository
• Modelled ITIL diagrams, EPC, Value Chain, Org Charts, Business Processes for the client.
• Helped develop customised scripts to run on ARIS for exporting data.
CDSI, Saudi Arabia
• Ministry of Exterior, Saudi Arabia wanted to create a nationalised Databank for storing and quick access to statistical information and nationalised data.
• They sent an RFP for companies to assess the situation by interacting with their 32 organisation spread country wide and hence suggest the Best possible approach
• Helped in creating the Bid by getting different documents aligned with the structure of the bid. Mainly involving formatting, structuring and adapting to Logica suited template.
MoEducation, ICT Strategy
• Ministry of Education needed a strategy for their IT Department.
• Was part of creating the deliverables in the form of ARIS repository, customised for the ministry.
• Helped in creating the Deliverables for the Project esp the Portfolio document.
• Managed the creation of website in English and Arabic through third party vendors.
• Responsible for the Quality Assurance of the Website.
• Web UI testing was conducted and defects logged in order to approve the Look and Feel of the website,
• Created the Website user manual guide for the client.
• Was in charge of installation and smooth running of the Website in the testing environment and responsible for distributing the website installation files to the client.

Responsibilities: • Getting together the proposal Contents. Was assigned as the Proposal Owner.
