Job Purpose:
Responsible for shipping/ receiving of goods, stocking activities and store.
Maintain inventory and stock records, processing automated warehouse management
System to maintain inventory control over stored item.
Job Scope:
Support Shipping and receiving of materials and prepare for proper storing,
documenting warehouse transactions and process through warehouse management
system to maintain proper stock records
Communicate externally and internally and supervision may be exercised
small number of employees. Safe and secure handling of all goods that are
moved, loaded, unloaded and stack in the warehouse.
Major Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Received and inspect all materials and reconciles with documents.
2. Tracks damages and discrepancies.
3. Process warehousing transaction through warehouse management system.
4. Documenting all warehousing transactions.
5. Communicate externally and internally.
6. Supervise operators and helpers
7. Safely storing the goods in the designated location.
8. Ensuring that forklift driving areas are free from obstruction.
9. Maintains the warehouse and stores in a neat and orderly manner.
10. Reports problems that may arise in the day to day activities.
11. Assume other responsibilities and activities from time to time as directed.
1. Print out daily report needed for material issuances
2. Encodes all issuances transactions and ensure that all reflectedf in the system.
3. Assist in checking of materials.
4. Reports immediately any material defect due to mishandling and other causes.
5. Performs monthly and yearly inventory taking and reconciles any discrepancy.
6. Performs other related functions that may assigned or required by the job.
