Review parts list, work order, supplier specification plan, engineering drawing sheets, advance drawing change notice, and drawing change notice of product to be engineered.
•Assign stock for all new parts, especially those parts that requires a minimum allowances.
•Create 3D model of jigs and fixtures, attachment, forming tools, press machines, bore stations, and other tooling machines.
•Create 3D models and 2D drawings for each part's process stages.
•Creating FMEA analysis in manufacturing and assembly
•Supervise the machinist when it comes to set up verification.

•Modeling complicated parts made from different grades of aluminum, stainless steel, titanium and other materials.
•Computes the total surface area of parts for anodizing.
Create 3D modeling for component parts of wiring harness of automobile.
•Discusses, confirms and consults with superior the technical
requirements of the job orders.
•Makes manufactured M drawings from customer plan drawings having an output that is high in quality, meets customers deadlines and within agreed upon estimated hours.
•Makes 2D M drawings from 3D models for checking the dimension based on customer requirements.
•Converts freehand drawings to 2D or 3D CAD drawings based on customer requirements.
•Checks drawing thoroughly to ensure high quality and conformance to customer requirement based on planned drawings, existing 2D M or 3D models.
•Computes and analyzes worst tolerance condition of mating parts to ensure there is no interference.
•Modifies and improves existing wiring harness component parts.
•Utilized Catia V5, Solidworks, and Cadra
