Check the manufacturer quality certificate in order to import the equipment for Andalusia hospitals
Check received quotation general terms, conditions and incoterms.
Calculate the custom clearness, shipping, equipment registering in MOH in order to get the final
prices for equipment after delivery to hospital.
Providing the after sales service for delivered medical equipment to hospital.
Designation: Senior Technical Support Engineer Period: May 2014 - May 2015. Work Responsibilities and Duties:
Communicate with international suppliers listed in company database.
Seek alternatives for equipment listed in tender document.
Check received offer general terms, conditions and incoterms.
Compare technical specifications with compliance sheet for required equipment.
Calculate risk and hidden costs.
Prepare final technical and financial Offers for tenders
Participated in the following tenders : o "Zayed Military Hospital (B), Al‐Batayeh" - 200 Beds A hospital operated under the umbrella of the Medical Service Corps UAE Armed Forces. o Al Ain Hospital - UAE. Comprising approximately 713 beds and cover approximately 260, 000 square meters of program space with two levels of underground parking. o Teaching hospital for King Faisal University - 400 Beds o MOH different projects.
