The software is a complete web based product for Project management. It covers the Plan - build - operate phases, mainly for construction management. It contains the following modules:
- Estimating: BOQ, Items, Assembly, and Formulas etc…
- Scheduling: Critical path, Retain logic, Progress override, Calendar, Critical Path, Resource assignments and leveling, Earned value etc…
- Engineering Forms: RFI, Meeting Minutes, Submittals, Transmittals, Drawings, Punch list, Time Sheets
- Cost Management: Cost Codes, Budgets, Commitments, Funding, Forecasting, Cost Worksheet, Cost Ledger, Progress Invoices
- Asset Management: Properties - Buildings, Floors, Spaces, Occupants, Equipments, Work orders, Dispatch board.
- Workflow: Any document can be submitted to workflow and routed for approval.
- The application also contains a File Manager and a custom forms builder modules.

My role was to manage the whole projects life cycle, collecting, identifying and organizing requirements, analysis, scheduling with MS Project, Team management, Task assignments and development.
- BSE (Beirut Stock Exchange) www.bse.com.lb:
The application displays the market data on the web.The data is retrieved from the CAP server using the MMTP protocol.The application displays the data with delay of 20 minutes for guest users and live data for licensed users. It also provides and calculates market indicators, reporting by periods and business intelligence over the historical BSE Database. Technologies used: DotNetNuke, ASP.NET, AJAX, VB.NET, SQL Server 2005, .NET Charting, SSRS.
- AFC (Arab Finance Corporation): Web Based application that allows clients to Place buy/sell orders on the trading system. Risk and Portfolio Management. The system can use both MMTP or FIX Protocol to connect to the trading Platform. Technologies used: ASP.NET, AJAX, VB.NET, SQL Server 2005, SSRS.
- OMTS-SINDOR (Western Union). Web Based application that controls the e Vouchering process between Western Union in Lebanon and all the Point of sales. Statement of accounts, credit and debit orders and warehouse management. This application is also used to replace the prepaid cards. The client can now buy the serial number directly from Western Union. Technologies used: ASP.NET, VB.NET, SQL Server 2005, AJAX, .SSRS.I also developed many solutions on the CMS (Content Management System) DotNetNuke and I have great expertise in this application.
