Property maintenance works (PM & execution), technical reports and advising.

Studied technical and economic feasibility for a 35000 seats football stadium project in Ecuatorial Guinea, Africa.

Integrated in technical support and construction supervision team for an airport terminal and parking building, approach roads (including three viaducts) and airport ramp or apron enlargement (160€ millions): Oversaw all on-site project activity to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with engineering. Performed inspection of construction activities to ensure conformance with approved designs/plans. Took corrective action as needed during projects. Prepared site inspection/oversight reports documenting the progress to date. Estimated and created budgets for construction project´s new change requests. Developed as-built project.

Managed a maintenance contract with the Spanish Army including two headquarters and the Captaincy Palace Complex (MEP, carpentry, landscape, painting, sports facilities) . Developed, established and corrected preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Managed a team (20 workers) and subcontractors providing support to onsite operations. Ensured all reactive and planned maintenance was carried out safely, within timelines, budgets and meets external and corporate standards. Estimated and created budgets for out of technical specifications sheet request. Managed a building construction Project, led a 25 workers team and subcontractors. Prepared contracts and negotiated revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

Managed several contratcs of single-family houses and refurbishments. Oversaw all on-site project activity to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with engineering. Took corrective action as needed during projects. Managed a team (10 workers) and subcontractors providing support to onsite operations.

Managed several buildings and industrial units as construction manager assistant during a practice contract of employment.
