Physically examine all retuned goods from customers against GRVs/GRRs
And segregate good stocks from expired/damaged and notify the Logistics Manager on a daily basis and take instructions for its disposal.
Typical Duties & Responsibilities as Returns Coordinator / Store Keeper
Conduct physical count of each product returned by the customer.
Segregate good stocks from expired/damaged stocks.
Write production/expiration date of damaged against each product on the GRVs/GRRs
Return all good stocks to their respective warehouses and expired/damaged goods on a separate area allocated for the final disposal.
Inform the Logistics Manager about the returns on a daily basis and take instruction for the disposal of expired/damaged products.
Pass all GRVs/GRRs to the respective Sales Department for quoting correct price and customer A/C number.
Prepare Customer Complaints Report based on the reason indicated on the return documents.
After receiving back all GRVs from the Sales Department, prepare GRM for goods to be added to inventory and Credit Note for damaged/expired goods.
Forward all the GRMs/CNs to IT Section through Accounts for posting.
Coordinates with the Workshop Group for any repairs and installations required by his section.
Coordinating with the Warehousing Team Leader, Receiving Team Leader and the
Loading/Dispatching Team Leader for any developmental procedures needed with the current process and discuss all suggestions to the Logistics Manager.
Enter all the credit notes and all the sales return to the system.
Matching the credit notes and sales return to the account of the customer.
Filing the sales invoice, manual invoice, and the advance receipt of the customer.
Checking the invoice if it is correct that right in the SRL. Sales return local
