1- Responsible for Contracts as being a Representative for big foreign companies and generally for Inquirirs, Quotations, Purchase Orders, Order Confirmations .
Responsible for Price negotiations either for clients or for discount margins & our commission rate.
2-Recommend action against vendors based on their performance
3-Check Purchase Requisition for its completeness and clarify if there are any ambiguities
4-Source the potential vendors and raise inquiries
5-Receive vendor quotations and get clarification if required
6-Prepare Quotation analysis/comparative statement, if recommending new vendor then initiate vendor approval process
7-Ensure quality and timely delivery of the materials & services
8-Organizing visits schedule with our clients for discussions.
