Led curriculum development and implementation of capacity building training methodology for T-VET teachers including: learning taxonomy, action-based lesson planning and occupational competence needs analysis.
-Introduced The Principles of Entrepreneurship course, with the aim to raise awareness about opportunities for self-employment of the TVET students after graduation.
Duties and responsibilities were: teaching, curriculum development, marking examinations supporting students through a pastoral/advisory role and counseling, supervising students and their continuous personal development (CPD), internship placement and supervision of bachelor theses. Non-curriculum activities: new teaching staff orientation, coaching and training activities, networking with private sector and leading industry-oriented initiatives.

Responsible for gathering companies in plastics and tool manufacturing sector along the value chain in order to identify competitiveness while locating and proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities. I was closely working with domestic and international development agencies while promoting public private partnership but not limited to screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments and preparing grant proposals to secure fundraising for the association.

Providing daily support to Peace Implementation and Stabilization Operations (IFOR/SFOR), during Operation Joint Endeavor. Primary duties included providing timely, accurate and complete oral and written translation of documents and face-to-face meeting between various US Army Task Force Commanders and the local military leadership of the Former Warring Factions (FWF). Inherent in these duties was the requirement to provide on-the-spot analysis of non-verbal responses associated with these face-to-face meetings and PR activities.
