-Participating as a key Trainer with “Siemens” in Egypt Mega Project for Power Generation and responsible for giving onsite training (In power stations including: Mansoura, Cairo North and Ministry of Electricity) to groups of Junior Engineers, Senior Engineers, and Power station managers. -Creating customized curriculum for the English and Soft skills courses for corporate clients. -Responsible for the schedule and placement tests. -Responsible for the TNA, Employees’ enhancement plan, and administration work as well as reports.

-Working on curriculum development.
-Giving Soft skills classes to the university students.
-Giving English conversation classes to the university employees.

 Job title: English & Soft Skills Trainer and HR member  Job responsibilities: -Creating customized curriculum for the English courses for employees. -Responsible for the schedule and placement tests. -Giving English classes to the employees. -Responsible for following up with them during their working hours to make sure they utilize their language in their work. -Preparing TNA and working as a member in the HR and Training department responsible for all the HR and training related tasks including; TNA, Applicants’ screening, Administration work, PR work and paperwork

Giving classes in different business fields "Like HR, Marketing, Sales and Business writing" to employees from different companies, and preparing the required material for that.

• Job responsibilities:
- Mainly teaching English language to students of different ages starting from university students up to 30+ year-old students according to Berlitz teaching methodology.
- Preparing before each class.
- Evaluating the students during the course and after the course ends.
- Responsible for making all the icebreaking activities in the beginning of each course and doing a lot of activities throughout the course for the students to use the language in practical situations.

• 2nd: Skills for all: Teaching “Social English”.

• Also I’m responsible for doing “placement tests” for the course applicants to place them in the right level based on a short interview with them.

- Being responsible for all the marketing activities for the agency
- Sending daily emails to foreign agencies
- Creating new ideas to shift the agency into a higher level and working on these ideas and doing them
- Preparing power point presentations for all the available and new ideas and projects
- Making daily calls to marketing managers from different companies to set meetings to increase deals
- Following the marketing campaigns and working on new ideas
