Checing stock situation by analyzing sales and stock report to place a new order accordiningly

Sending the PO to the supplier in return of a quotion to check the prices and confirm the order

Daily follow up with the supplier on new and on the way orders
- Assigning shipping agent once the orders are to be ready for shipment

Checking and confirming shipping documents, tracking shipments in transit and following up on the clearance

Managing with the warehouse manager on the shipment reception date and place

Booking the shipments or the orders into system once received

Calculating the landed cost of the shipment and hand it to the department manager to set prices accordingly

Following up with accounting on the status of due payments

Preparing a consuption report and hand it to the department manager

Preparing stock situation report and hand it to the department manager

Preparing Purchase report

Preparing Expiry date report to check items with close expiries
