In my capacity as the HR Business Partner, I partner with the Company leaders strategically. As, I am streamlining HR functions, reporting on HR metrics, enhancing workforce retention, predicting staffing needs, managing termination processes, managing risk, ensuring staff wellness, and ensuring compliance regulations. Besides, I assist the Company leaders in business unit restructures, workforce planning, identifying the high potentials and support their career advancement, and succession planning. Also, I am responsible for enhancing the different HR services provided to Dar Al Riyadh’s employees through the Personnel, GR, and Talent Acquisition Teams.

In my capacity as Talent Acquisition Manager, I work with the Company leaders on workforce planning, filing positions in projects and support divisions, and supervises the Talent Acquisition Team.

I lead a team of 14 members, managing the local and international hiring’s, and mobilization activities.

I associate with the Group Commercial Director, in planning, preparation, and proposing the nearly- acquired bids proposition in our business.

Current projects and more or less accomplished; Applicant Tracking System, Career Page development, the automation of the Onboarding practices, and carrying out the ISO 45001:2018 certificate’s requirements.

compensation packages and grading scale system
 Created a shared drive that provided information on the surplus and shortage of labor for the corporate also
schemed the internal transfer process and monitor legality & corporate policies between all companies. This
resulted in cutting cost by avoiding new visa application and other governmental fees
