• Executing routine operational duties like sourcing, corresponding, and doing business
with suppliers.
• Working with suppliers and employees from many departments to collect project
requirements, specify product specifications based on customer requirements, and
guarantee consistency with the companys objectives.
• Participation throughout the project to meet the needs of suppliers and customers.

• Implemented the sorting, standardization, and maintenance of the materials in the
warehouse while keeping an eye on its overall state.
• Gather data, reports, and receipts that are essential for creating the monthly overview
reports.
• Managed the total inventory and the inflow and outflow of materials to prevent any
missing or incorrectly estimated items.

Process improvements were put into place to reach the desired quantity prior to shipment. The manufacturing line's balance serves as an example of this.
Reduced the number of product rejects through research, surveying, and operator training.
By evaluating their dailey productivity, I was able to supervise employees and maintain their performance.
