- Executive Secretary, recording and follow the path of the samples in and out, prepare and contact the local and international couriers like Aramex and DHL and Fedex, hotel reservation, filing the shipment documents.
- Contributes in ISO team, by reviewing ISO regulations and explaining these regulations to the concerned employees in the entity, and making analysis and graphs that illustrate the activities of the company.
- Assisstant of the financial advisor, by handling all the documents and mail in dealing with all other external parties, and being the contact person between the company and other institutions like The Industrial Modernization Centre (IMC),
- A banking accountant, preparing the journal entries everyday of the changes in the company bank accounts in Egyptian pound, and foreign currencies, recording these entries on the company accounting system.
