Coordinating and reporting on all activities related to the project development phases.
Reporting on the utilisation of all resources within the division and ensure that they are claiming regularly.
I prepare and submit consolidated periodical progress report (weekly and monthly basis) that encompasses the status of each project IT Plan and NON IT plan as well as critical projects.
Preparing the documentation of all meeting minutes related to the mentioned meetings and ensure circulating it to all related/concerned departments.
I take responsibility of archiving documents in the IBM AMS team room.
I document lessons learned from previous projects and archive them for future projects through the projects “Knowledge Centre”

I also assist in the development of the project management methods, systems, tools and techniques in order to ensure continuous improvement of the department capabilities in project management.
My job as the operations / project manager entailed planning, directing and coordinating the operations of the organisation. My work specifically included the following:
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organisations
Dealing with internal and customer based conflicts.
Working with current customers and ensuring that they have a good post-sales experience.
Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance).
Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
As the assistant marketing manager, my job involved supporting the marketing manager of the organisation with the company’s core marketing activities. Specifically:

Assisting the art team in storyboarding and concepts layouts for core media items (Brochure, ads, websites etc.)
Assisting in regular communication with all major print media to supply any required promotional materials.
Assisting in preparing and implementing the marketing strategy for the organisation
I worked as a Financial Analyst within the sub-Saharan Africa Infrastructure Finance and Public Private Partnership team. My work in this practice specifically included the following:
Advising and assisting a Middle East/Asia based Infrastructure Developer and Operator (with a portfolio of USD 15bn in global assets) with a strategy to enter the West and East African markets.
Worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers international firms based in UK and India as well as host of other international firms (engineering, legal and economists) to develop bids with more numerous infrastructure mandates.
Member of the PricewaterhouseCoopers team that advised the Government of Kenya on the further privatisation of the national power generating utility, KenGen.
