1) Preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and lubrication of Pot Tending Machines, Electrical Overhead Travelling Cranes and Transfer Gantries.
2) Preventive maintenance, repair and lubrication of hydraulic system and its parts
3) Maintenance, repair and lubrication of pneumatic system - compressors, air dryer, radiators, valves, cylinders.
4) Suggests and implement procedures, tools and improvements to provide maximum useful life of machines/parts and cost savings.
5) Participate in implemented safety rules and suggests improvements and additional safety measures.
1) Preparation of maintenance program, spare parts/consumable lists of the equipments in the plant.
2) Preparation of drawings and designs including safety and other safety deliverables, design of improvements, tools, additional parts.
3) Recommend, assign and distribute manpower for execution of activities and recommend cost effective measures to reduce manpower costs.
4) Supervision and monitoring of projects of a servicing contractor.
5) Interact with Quality Assurance for quality issues, to ensure compliance with company ISO/API Quality procedures
6) Participate in employee performance evaluations, establish performance criteria, identify employee strengths and weaknesses, and recommend training and development requirements
1) Maintenance and repair, lubrication of the machines, equipments, systems used in a Clean Coal Power Generation Plant.
2) Checking of vibrations, temperatures and other predictive analyses. Defining strategies to prevent failures, detect the onset of failures in their earliest stages. And ensure all machines are maintained in a manner that will provide maximum useful life.
3) Maintaining and analyzing equipment and history records to predict maintenance needs.
4) Alignment and balancing of equipments
5) Tools and Materials monitoring and maintenance, including the inventory of all the spare parts, tools and consumables needed in the power plant. Ordering, checking, receiving, and safekeeping and arranging of the tools and materials.
6) Supervision and monitoring of repair project of a servicing contractor.
7) Supervision of small group of people in maintenance of equipments and in maintaining the orderliness of storage and working areas.
1) Maintenance, improvement and modifications of machines/tools to save time and money without reducing the quality of product
2) Making/designing Work Process Instructions, (procedures) for production. Prepare design and calculations to ensure product specifications meet with costumer specifications and are within budgeted costs.
3) Evaluation and qualification of machines and tool /dies, and product sampling for approval of customer.
4) Preparation of purchase requisitions for the procurement of machines, dies, spare parts, materials.
5) Tool & Die design, machine parts and improvements and maintenance (Press dies, Thompson dies, Pinnacle dies).
6) Responsible in conceptual and detailed design of dies and provide necessary technical information in compliance with specifications/data sheets and within budgeted man-hour, material use and work schedules.
