Managing / Leading a Team of 20 technicians.
 Conducting site surveys for new projects, Demo / Presentations, MOI, Client/ Contractor/ Consultant Inspection and Testing
commissioning.
 Preparing Project planning and design, technical documents, User Manual, Handover & configuration Documents, check list, Testing
and commissioning documents as per the requirement of Company.
 Evaluating the team and do necessary training and update the team as per the company standards.
 Checking and preparing schedule on daily basis and follow up with the team for execution of work on timely.
 Timely amendments in technical documentation to testing, any changes, and corrections.
 Collaborate and communicate effectively with other stakeholders for smooth functioning of projects.
 Making reports on dependency issues, breakdowns and damages.
 Attending client, management team issue escalation, respond with resolution plan, action plan and corrective measures.
 Comply with the company standards specifically related to personal hygiene, dress code and behavior.
 Comply with all HSEQ procedures, rules and regulations from the client and from FMM’s HSEQ management system.
 Dealing with subcontractor, schedule their visit and supervise the scope of work assigned to them.
 Ensures applicable local and industry code & standards are upheld

Ensure the team is executing the assigned job correctly, completely and on time.
 Ensure the teams have the correct knowledge of the assets/installation by providing them the necessary training and
guidance on maintenance tasks.
 Deal with subcontractor, schedule their visit and supervise the assigned to them.
 Prepare the required documentation and produce permits to work.
 Make reports on defects, issues, breakdowns, damages.
 Accomplish special team projects assigned by their line managers.
 Comply with the company standards specifically related to personal hygiene, dress code and behavior.
 Comply with all HSEQ procedures, rules and regulations from the client and from FMM’s HSEQ management system.
 Attend all training sessions and understand all documents, including training handouts or modules, work instructions and
toolboxes.
 Report workplace accident, incident, and near miss or health event to their line manager.
 Perform other related duties as assigned.

 Supervising teams of technicians, oversee workers, and perform inspections on work orders.
 Monitoring daily installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance work of technicians.
 Conducting regular skill set training for programming and field knowledge for team members.

• Deploying teams for CMS & PMS.
• Overall security systems & integration activities of X-ray (Smiths) screening machines, metal detectors, CCTV cameras, access control systems (SACS), server cards and motherboards of Dubai international airport.
• Coordinate with Police, Dnata, baggage handling & sky cargo, IT, Fire and safety for solving combined and critical system in cargo mega terminal, flower centre and terminals programmable equipments.
• Attending CMS complaints & scheduled PMS tasks such as checking, cleaning and repairing equipments to detect & prevent problems of X-ray, WTMD, CCTV & SACS.
• Preparing proper tools & testing equipments as per the work nature.
• Ensure safety rules & Emissions testing using ATEs.
• Ensuring complete handover is done by end of shift.
• Maximo and MS office packages for efficient job card keeping.
• Maintain equipment logs readings that record performance problems, repairs, calibrations tests of the systems.

• Design, configuration, installation, testing and maintenance of CCTV
• Home automation and Access Control System, Gate Barriers and other Security Systems.
• Monitoring CCTV control room & Alarm Systems.
• Conduct site surveys and provide engineering support to sales team
• Collecting and recording detailed operational, functional and technical requirements,
• Developing project scopes, and providing overall system costing, understanding plans and specifications to identify types and grades of materials and equipment required to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in the production of security plans, blueprint and drawings developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.

• Providing ongoing service, installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of varied CCTV systems ability to fulfill all kind of customer requirement, knowledge all type of cameras, matrix switchers, quad systems, mobile view, remote view of DVRs using DDNS service by using various kind of modems & routers.
• Dome normal, dome IR, outdoor bullet IR, outdoor box type with proper housing, camera with varifocal lenses, CCDcamera, Infrared/night vision, PTZ/speed domes, Network/IP cameras, High definition cameras, wireless cameras, covert, hidden cameras, 180 / 360-degreecameras.
• Configuration of all type of DVRs, NVRs & Matrix switchers.
• Verifying system is functioning by testing equipment, connections, and signals identifying and correcting problems.
• Backup management / Disaster management.
