Security:
1.Manage over 600 staff (different nationals- Kuwaitis, Egyptians, Indians, Pakistani, Nepali)
2. Mange overall security operations and logistics (housing, transport etc)
3. Prepare overall security plans (from design stage) and audit on regular basis
4. Develop Security policies and procedures and Service Level Agreement
5. Accountable for managing deployment of guards at more than 70 sites with different business need (Automotive - Service Centers & Auto showrooms, Retail - Electronics & Home furnishing, Mega Warehouses, Factories, Residential buildings, Offices etc)
6. Manage complete security budget/financial reporting
7. Recruitment and training
8. Develop and conduct emergency evacuation drills
9. Business development
10. Investigate breaches/theft and prepare reports
11. Experience in retail security solution, including CCTV, Access Control System and EAS
12. Create, measure and review performance expectation of staff (KPIs etc)
13. Achieved score of 4.19/5 in the Gallup survey to measure employee engagement in my department.
